Looking at the read and write specs of 420 MB/s and 210 MB/s, it's clear that the performance is less than the the Vertex 3 drives with the new SandForce controllers. However,
the maximum specs can be misleading since the SandForce controllers use data compression to accellerate performance which leads to differences depending on the data being
transferred.
