Intel Solid-State Drive 320 Series The new Intel 320 series SSD Drives will launch on March 28th 2011.

The SSDs packs 25nm MLC NAND memory chips and delivers a read speed of up to 250MB/s and a write speed of 170MB/s, because of the SATA3 6 Gbps interface. This new series is a G3 (Generation 3) SSD type, the reviewers will show you the 80GB model.




More Specs:

  • Accessories : power cable, data cable and 2.5-inch to 3.5-inch mounting bracket.
  • Cache : A Hynix-made SD-RAM cache with capacity of 32MB.
  • Memory chips : 25nm MLC NAND from IMFT (Intel-Micron Flash Technologies).
  • Tantalum capacitors in the PCB for stable operation.
