This notebook has an excellent finish, pleasant and functional design, remarkable hardware components, 3D capabilities, Windows Media Centre support, 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium and a TV tuner, the attributes list seems endless.

This machine has a larger power adapter than normally is used with laptops, this probably means a lot of raw power. The graphics card is the strongest from the 300 series, with 1 GB of its own standalone memory.

The greatest advantage of this machine is reflected in its 3D capabilities. The screen only has a 1366x768 resolution, but its has a refresh rate of 120 Hz is what really counts. Besides excellent playback, in combination with 3D glasses and NVIDIA software, 3D display is enabled in optimised video clips, as well as games.

Batman: Arkham Aslyum, Battery Eater, Crysis: Warhead, HD Tune PRO, Resident Evil V, Street Fighter IV.

3D gaming

If you really want a 3D Gaming notebook, the GTX 460M is probably the minimum the reviewer would recommend for a 768p display. If you want full HD in 3D, you'd better plan to get a GTX 480M or higher, or else you'll be turning graphics settings way down to get acceptable performance.

3D experience

The quick summary of the 3D multimedia experience is that, short of holographic displays, the 120Hz 3D Vision experience is about as good as we're going to get for a while. You're dealing with a 3D notebook, so experiencing 3D is limited by a single person at a time.
